The services offered via this website are not offered as, not intended to be, any form of life coaching, psychotherapy, or any other form of counselling.

All sittings are available by appointment only and are absolutely confidential. See disclaimer

It is not possible for any medium to give specific evidence required by the sitter.

A medium's work is to try to provide evidence of survival and not to predict the future.

Every sitting must be viewed as an experiment, and as such the success of the sitting cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that your communication devices (cell phone etc.) are switched off or on airplane/dnd setting.

You are welcome to record the audio only of the sitting to refer back to at a future date. Any such recordings are for your personal use only. Publishing and/or sharing in whole or in part, in any form, via any media, including but not limited to social networking, documentary, radio, public broadcast, television, and print, is strictly prohibited.

The recording of video via any device, including Zoom recording, and the taking of photographs or screenshots, is strictly prohibited.
Sittings and Payment​s​

Each sitting will last a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes, excluding those conditions mentioned in 'Cancellations, Missed Appointments and Refund Policy' below.

All sittings are paid for in full at the time of booking via PayPal.

All payments are subject to the Missed and Cancelled Appointments policy below. ​
Cancellations, Missed Appointments and Refund Policy ​

Your sitting is reserved especially for you at the appointed time. Please arrive/log in on time to ensure you receive your full sitting time.

To avoid a full fee charge; 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.

If the sitting is considered unsatisfactory, no refund will be given unless the medium is told within 15 minutes of the start of the sitting. Any complaints regarding your sitting will only be dealt with on the day.

The sitter may ask to end the reading at any time and for any reason, but no refund will be given if more than 15 minutes has elapsed.

If the medium is made to feel uneasy or threatened at any time during the sitting, we reserve the right to end the sitting or Zoom call with immediate effect. In this instance refund may or may not be given, at our discretion.

We will only use the personal contact information you have given us to better attempt to fulfil and understand your needs, provide you with a better service, administer your account, provide the services you have requested, keep you updated and to establish and maintain our relationship.

We may use the information to customise our website according to your interests or to manage and develop our business and operations, helping us improve our services to you. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email or occasionally by phone. We will never share this personal data with any third party services without your express permission or if legally required to do so.
What is stored online and what is kept physically secure
Only your contact data is stored online, on secure servers behind a firewall. Any other personal information you give us during the course of a reading is not stored online, in the Cloud or with the use of any other technology. As a matter of course all records are kept for a period of 7 years after your last session. This is for legal reasons and after this date your data will be securely deleted.
Website Host
Life2Soul is hosted by Wix.com which provides us with an online platform allowing us to offer our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall. Cookies are implemented in every site built by Wix. and could also be used by Google Analytics and/or other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, which may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by our Privacy Policy.
Visiting our Website
Our website does not collect personally identifiable information from you or your computer when you simply visit (e.g. browse) and unless you actually provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not know or collect your name, email address or any other personally identifiable information about you.

Any personal information we request from you will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act 1998. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via internet is not completely secure. We will always endeavour to do our best to protect your personal data however we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website or to us via email, therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information and in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place strict physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
